Getting acceptedApplications
must be supported by college transcripts, resume, personal statement, and at
least two letters of recommendation. The application must also be
accompanied by a non-refundable application fee of $50. You may print the Publishing Institute application right now in either MS Word format or Adobe Acrobat format. Read the application form carefully for instructions and fill it out completely. Alternatively, you may download our application for international applicants and the checklist of requirements specific to international applicants. Application forms may also be obtained by requesting an information packet or by contacting The Publishing Institute Applications must be received in the Publishing Institute office by March 24th. The Application Committee will review all applications and make decisions on acceptance by April 15. Notification will be mailed to all applicants no later than April 20. Accepted applicants will be required to make a $1000 non-refundable deposit within one week of notification of acceptance in order to hold their place. This sum will be applied toward the tuition fee, the balance of which will be billed by the University in June. Students may also apply for early acceptance by submitting their application at any time up until February 29, 2008. They will receive notice of their early acceptance starting February 1, 2008 with March 5, 2008 as the final date for notification. Those who are granted early acceptance must send their nonrefundable deposit of $1,000 by March 28, 2008 to assure their reserved place in the class. If you are an international applicant, please note that we require submission of TOEFL scores to complete your application. Please review our checklist of requirements for further details. We can also arrange for a recent graduate of the Publishing Institute to contact you to discuss the Institute.
